A couple of issues!
I wondered if you clear something up for me, I have read conflicting things. In respect to commencing a tenancy, I have heard some landlords issuing section 21 notices as a safeguard shortly after the tenancy starting, is this something that can be legitimately done?
Do I need an energy performance certificate prior to letting.
I have two wardrobes in a property, I may let, which appear in good condition. I have no proof of purchase or fire retardant labels on them. Is there any way I can leave them in a property for letting or do I have to remove them?
