My tenant has not paid rent this month. I understand that it is best to submit section 8 when 2 months arrears exist to get a possession order.

My question is "If the tenant suggests making a contribution say 50% of the monthly rent, is this advisable to accept or hold out for the full amount, in view of the 2 months criteria?"
