Every website gives me a different answer , I have paid out money for useless Section 21 Possession Orders and I get different answers.I cannot afford this Section 21 to fail this time .
Here's the scenario; Tenancy is set up 21st September 2007 tenant moves in midday thus that tenancy expires six months later on the 21st March 2008 at midday whereupon it becomes a periodic tenancy (or is it legally the 20th - if so, how come ?)
Therefore , the Section 21 should be issued on the 21st July 2010 to expire on the 21st October 2010 .
Is this correct ?
