Enforcement of Section 21 Notice
I have an AST tenancy that started on 24 April 2006 to 23 April 07. The tenants continue to rent the property creating a periodic tenancy.
Due to some late payments in June 07, a section 21 Notice was served upon them for my security over the tenancy term, but was not enforced.
I would now like to terminate the tenancy and need to know whether I serve a new Section 21 notice or can I just enforce the old notice of June 07.
