Expiry of section 21 ?
I have issued a section 21 (4)a notice to my tenant which has now expired. However have now decided not to repossess the property and delay this for a few months.
When I actually want to re-possess will i have to issue a new section 21 (4)a or would the first one I gave still be valid ?
