Which notice should I give
The tenant's fixed term ended last year.
She has been a on periodic tenancy since 4th January 2009.All rents up to date until 4th of september 2009.
Begining of 4th of September 2009 until current ,the tenant has not made a payment nor has made an attempt to make a payment . Excuses after excuses.
May you please confirm :
if I may somehow recover the rent for the last 4 months ?
Which notice should I serve this tenant?
May I serve both section 8 and section 21 at the same time?
Once eitheir one of the notices are served when can I proceed with court actiions?
