Can anyone please assist?
We currently use the RLA Tenancy agreement and instead of taking a deposit we ask for two months rent up front and thereafter the monthly rent to be paid one month in advance as per the AST.
Can anyone advise if this has caused any problems when seeking a repossession order via the court.
I have been told that this maybe a problem as we now take an additional months rent in advance to substitute the bond.
Can you please advise?
