Section 21b - dates and notice
Question 1 - is this expiry date on the section 21b correct given the tenancy agreement dates?
The tenancy agreement has expired but is now running month to month. I now wish to take the flat back into my possession as soon as possible.
Question 2 - I am not sure whether I need to given written notice or whether I can legally take possession of the flat back at any time now that the tenancy is running month to month and the section 21b has been issued/expired.
Any help is appreciated.
