We have served section 21 to a tenant who has not paid the rent for the last 4 months. We have made several atempts to contact them by phone, letter and in person.

We have also issued a CCJ against them for the outstanding rent.

The tenant is in employment (and has been in the same job simce they became our tenant in June 2007).

The section 21 notice expires on the 14th January.

What is our next step??
