lost tenancy contract
The tenant in there currently (that owner put in)is not paying all of his rent and hasn't been for sometime. He has been issued with a Section 21(a) and this expired about a month ago and still he hasn't moved out. I have told the owner of the property that he has to take him to court now to get him out. Problem is the owner has lost the tenancy contract. Can we still take him to court without a tenancy contract ?, or what options have we from here ?.
