Section 8 Notice period
I was in court on Friday morning for a posession hearing obtained via the service of a section 8 notice.
The Court raised an interesting point in that they said they were concerned over the validity of Section 8 notice. He claimed that it had to expire at the end of a rent period just like section 21 notice. Is this the case?
However, despite this he was willing to grant 28 posession order based on the evidence that I had put together such as rent schedule and also my contact letters sent to the tenant in order to try and compromise.
I have another case going through at the moment and I am now concerned over the validity of the notice. What would you advise?
