What are the obligations for a tenant being able to contact me?
Just a quick question regarding my obligations as a landlord.
I am self managing my portfolio of 26 properties and tenants contacting me regarding stupid things at stupid hours is getting a bit annoying. I have recently taken the descision to get another phone for my own personal use with the intention of switching the phone of that tenants use for contacting me outside of office hours.
My question is, what are my requirements and obligations to the tenant. Should they be able to contact me at any time of the day or night? Or what is deemed as reasonable? If the phone was to be on but only checked every now and then for messages?
