Advice required. I have a property & tenancy commence on 03/04/2012. There is a 6 month break clause and i would like to know if section 21 fixed term notice can be served for it to expire at the end of the 6 month break clause. Eg. If the 6 month break clause expires in 02 october 2012 would it be possible to me to serve notice in august?
