i have a tenant in my property i have not taken a deposit from him but i have taken 2 months rent
so i am now holding 1 months rent, he is now 1 week late with the rent, and the house is in a bad state and he has had very unsociable behaviour with the neighbour. the tenancy began on 1/2/11 and i am thinking about serving a section 21 for behaviour issues
will me not using the tenancy deposit scheme affect the possesion order, although i have marked it clearly on the tenancy that no deposit was taken
and what date should i date it will it be the 1/11/11 or 31/10/11 can i make over the 2 month period i dont mind losing the extra day or so
