AN ASSURED SHORTHOLD OR YOUR CLAIM FOR POSSESSION IS BASED ON
SOME OTHER GROUND.

Hi my tenant was on a AST since this expired they are now on a periodic tenancy...

do i fill in the N119 part 3A as normal ? and state AST or periodic tenancy ?
