I served a S21 notice on my joint tenants on 22 September 2012. The tenants started paying rent again and so I took no action They have now stopped paying rent again and so I want to take action to remove them. Do I need to give them any notice and how long will it take to gain possession?
I live in the Isle of Man and the property is in Blackool. Can I do all the papaerwork by post or would I need to use a Blackpool solicitor? If yes could you recommend anyone with S21A experience?
