I have new tenants that have moved in recently. They are asking me to pay for an aerial engineer to fix the aerial, because they are not getting very good reception with an analogue television and a set top box. This aerial has not been used for at least six years as previous tenants had cable fitted and then later virgin cable was laid on. Am I obliged to pay to get this fixed for my tenants, when there are already digital cables ready to be connected?
