To Manage or not to Manage
What are other investors opinions regarding the use of a letting agent for let properties in areas that are not close to home?
The way I see it is there are plenty of contacts to do any maintenance/repair work on this website as well as the advice from other investors, so the only real problem I can see is:
1. advertising and viewing for prospective tenants. Although this can probably be resolved by a once of payment with a letting agent.
2. Chasing top ups!
