names on a tenancy agreement

I am letting out a very nicely furnished 2 bedroom flat in camden, London NW1. The rent is 350 per week.
I have some potential tenants lined up but it is two couples.
How would you advise that I draw up the tenancy agreement (I am using the RLA one) - should just one name of each couple be on the document or all 4 names?

Also - if only two names are on the document shoud i do credit checks on all 4 tenants?

Also - what documents are essential that they produce for me? I have asked for proof of address, photo ID, payslips, landlord reference.
One of the girls is a signed musician and one guy is an actor so they won't have 'pay slips'. They said they could produce proof of contracts.
