Friday, the wrong part arrives, appologies from boiler company who cannot dispatch the correct part until monday, correct part arrives Tuesday and is fitted without any hitches.
Tenant is not happy at the length of time taken and demands a rent reduction in the next period.
Question: Is compensation/reduction justified as I tried my best to fix the non emergency issue immediately ( heating ok, shower is electric).
If it is felt I should compensate what would be a fair amount (if any)
