I have received a rather angry phone call from the neighbour of my BTL flat, complaining about loud music being played, and cigarette butts being dropped from the windows into the communal gardens.
I feel like I should say something to the tennant (apparently the neighbour has already complained to her with no success) however I don't want to cause problems for myself by annoying the tenant by 'interfering' or causing possible retalliations towards the neighbour. Has anyone had experience of dealing with this kind of situation? Should I say something or keep out? The tenant has seemed very amenable whenever I have spoken to her in the past, and I do not want to loose this.
