Hi,
My tenant was recently evicted by the bailiff. He is in prison however. I have his stuff but I think I need to give it to him personally; or he can write a note to allow someone else to get his stuff. I have tried contacting him via the prison service but he will not respond. My Tenancy Agreement says I can dispose of his goods 30 days after the tenancy ends. I will try to contact him again. I will also advise his mother of recent events. But she will need a letter from him, signed, if she is to accept his goods fom me.

Is that right? Thanks.
