Deposit protection scheme
I am at my wits end with them, don't answer emails or take ages, take too long to reply and then don't give right info, generally unhelpful.
My tenant left in September and I still can't (sometimes ) access my account (have change password etc). I need a registration number to start procedure to get money returned but do you think I can get one Nooooo! They come up with loads of reasons why I can't have it, if they answer at all.
Can anyone help out with this please.
