Our tenants twelve month assured shorthold tenancy agreement is coming to an end and we issued a Section 21(1)B notice to end on the last day of the tenancy as we are trying to sell the flat. The tenant reqested to stay two more months, which we are happy to allow. What paperwork do I need to issue? Would I issue another Section 21(1)B with the new date? What do I need to do about the deposit protection (with My deposits)? Does this current scheme have to be ended and a new scheme set up or can I assume the depost scheme will cover the extra two months?
