My tenants ( an international company ,)insisted on a premium lease for 30 months, starting last June.
With the economic crisis deepening, they now say that the will not need the flat after April of this year.
They have suggested that they will give me 5000 if I release them from their obligation, and return the unused rent.
However, since last June rents on this type of flat have dropped from 2000 per month to 1500, and I suspect they will continue to fall.

All monies were paid to me at the begining of the tenancy, and I have invested them with a view to the interest earned, going towards my higher tax.

There is no break clause in the agreement.

Can they force me to cancel the agreement.
