A tenant has given one months notice but the tenancy agreement states that the notice required is two months. Your reply to my earlier enquiry stated that each party is bound by all the terms in the agreement including notice. Although I forwarded your reply to the tenant she insists that her one months notice is sufficient and she intends to vacate after that period and is not prepared to pay the second months rent. She is asking me to meet her at the flat on the day she vacates for her to hand over the key and to do an inventory check.

What should I do?
