Hello,
Through a company, I rent out a property with Foxtons as agents (not managing agents). Last year Foxtons unilaterally reduced the renewal commission. This year, they offered to terminate the agreement so that the tenants can renew without commission. I am surprised as I did not think that the court ruling applied to a business customer. If it does, then I should claim last year's commission also. Is this correct? The only thing that I need to do is deal with the deposit. Of the various options, which do you recommend?
Many thanks
Paul
