I would love some advice about whether I can/should claim this £104 back via the deposit. I can see that pre paid meters may be a good thing but presume that some tenants will not want to have to charge the cards and may want to benefit from the 5% discount offered for paying by direct debit with conventional meters.
Any thoughts please!
