Prescribed Information for ended tenancy
I had a tenancy that ran for 1 year from Feb 2010 to Feb 2011. I secured the deposit within the given time frame with the DPS.
At the end of the tenancy the tenant chose not to renew and moved elsewhere. The split in return deposit was agreed with the tenant.
I can not find any record of my having sent her the Prescribed Information during the tenancy. Could she now claim against me for not having provided the information? I no longer have a contact address for her.
