Now if we want to convert a lounge in to another room for renting, what are our rights?
If one of the room is empty and we have to show it to a new tenant!
we give 24 hr notice to rest of the tenants by email, however, one of the tenant is demanding a letter to be posted before 24 hrs! which is not practical and it is not even her room.
We want to know if we have any rights as a Landlord!
