not sent the prescribed information
We have just realised that we failed to send over the prescribed information to a couple of our tenants this year regarding their deposit. We put the deposit in the DPS in time etc but completely forgot to send out the rest of the info. We have just remembered what we should have done and now don't know what to do. If we send it out now are we covered or is it too late as we didn't do ti within 30 days of getting the deposit? Please can you advise us of our options - if we have any - legally?
