Giveing the tennant a Ground 1 Notice / Pros & Cons
Q) If an owner occupier lets a first floor flat in his or her house and gives what is a called a Ground 1 Notice to the tennant, then the tenancy is not an assured shorthold so instead I would be giving the tenant security of tenure, and this is not advisable.
