Heating and hot water maintenance responce times
My tenants phoned on Friday evening about 7.30 to say the heating wouldn't come on. They have hot water for bathing as the shower is electric and they have a gas fire in the dining room but they have stated they do not want to use it.
I will be phoning the gas man in the morning (Monday) to arrange for him to view the boiler and sort the problem out but how quickly must I get the fault repaired?
