Girlfriend wants to stay at the property - does she have to be on the AST?
I have a good tenant who has been paying on time for the last 6 months. He is genuinely a nice person to deal with as well. He wants his girlfriend to be able to stay at the property - but he will be responsible for the payments and property.
Is it best to just keep him on the AST and simply let his girlfriend stay there but not be put on the AST or do I have to add the girl friend on to the AST?
If I need to put the girlfriend on the AST then what sections do I need to add her onto on the RLA AST?
