3 named tenants on one AST - one tenant deserves a Section 8 Ground 14
One tenant has had two violent arguments with two different boyfriends, both of whom had been living with her at different times at the property without landlord's - or the other tenants' - agreement. The front door of the flat was damaged during one of these arguments, and the police were called. The two blameless tenants are very frightened and disturbed, and I risk losing two perfectly good tenants.
Do I have to serve a Section 8 for repossession, citing Ground 14, on all three tenants, or just the one causing the problem?
