HI A quick question. If there is a dishwasher, a washing machine and other non-essential appliances in a property does the landlord have to take responsibility for them and get them repaired when they break? Is is possible to put in a clause in the tenancy agreement stating that if they go wrong the tenant will have to get them repaired?
