It appears that a tenant that moved into one of my properties about 3 months ago ia a heroin addict. Despite the fact that he is holding down a job and managing to pay rent he is starting to cause concern with the other tenants who are all professional and perfect tenants. They do like the guy and realise he has problems and so they have been trying to help him out over ther last month or two. But now they feel he is beyond their help and they just want him out.

He has told me he is looking for somwhere else to live but he hasnt founnd anywhere yet, i am about to serve him with the apprropriate notice but i am not sure i can let the situation go one for another couple of months without my other tenants moving out.

Any suggestions would be welcome
