I am soon going to court to repossess my own property. After having filled in forms n5 and 119 and after the judge has granted me repossession, what exactly is the procedure? This is let as an unfurnished house and a lot of the tenant's possessions are still there: double bed, 2 settees, fridge, freezer and dining table/chairs. I understand that bailiffs will come to the house to help me legally regain possession, but do they take away the tenant's things? If not, how long do I have to store them for? Removal of the stuff and storage will cost money meaning yet more loss for me on this tenancy.
