If I allow my tenants who are on an assured shorthold tenancy which expires on 30th March, to carry on with a statutory periodic tenancy, does the Section 21(1)(b) notice which I issued at start of tenancy requiring possession after 30th Marcy 2010 continue to be enforceable or do I need to issue a new one?
