Hi, I have a court hearing scheduled for tomorrow. The tenant has just paid the full arrears in cash (very surprising). This tenant is always late and this was one of the grounds listed when we applied for possession. Is it still worth attending court tomorrow or should we request the hearing is cancelled? Is there anything we can ask the judge to do i.e suspended possession order for when the tenant goes into arrears again?

Thank you,

Danny.
