new tenancy agreement
How do I now proceed when giving them a new tenancy agreement with slightly different terms (ie 3% increase in rent)? Do I have to worry about issuing a section 21 to bring their existing agreement to an end.
In a reply to a previous query you said that "a new tenancy cancels previous notices"
I would be grateful for clarification as the intention is to sign a new agreement this week with the same tenants
