ORDER FOR POSSESSION
IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE PROPERTY THE CLAIMANT CAN ASK THE COURT TO AUTHORISE A BAILLIF OR HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TO EVICT YOU
BUT THEN IN BRACKETS IT ALSO SAYS (IN THAT CASE YOU CAN APPLY TO THE COURT TO STAY THE EVICTION, A JUDGE WILL DECIDE IF THERE ARE GROUNDS FOR DOING SO)...
WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THAT HAPPENING? I THOUGHT IT WAS A DONE DEAL WHEN YOU RECEIVED THIS ORDER FOR POSSESSION, THEY DONT GO, YOU GET THE BAILIFFS IN AND BOBS YOUR UNCLE, SURELY IT CANNOT DRAG ON ANYLONGER?
