My wife and I are about to issue a Section 21 Notice. We have printed off the specimen RLA document and notice the terminology assumes the Landlord is in the singular, i.e. one person. We are both the Landlord. We assume we are allowed to alter the references to the Landlord from "I" to instead read "We" as there are two of us. Can we also amend the word "Landlord" to read "Landlords." It may be that the Interpretation Act deals with this point.
