Please would you let me know if an agent can take a non-paying tenant to court on behalf of the landlord or does the landlord have to represent himself in court.
A warrant was initialised but not executed as the baliffs could no put enough value to the tenants belongings. My only course of action left now is to take the tenant to court but the last thing I want is to get there only for the magistrate to tell me I cannot represent the landlord.
