Renewal of tenancy agreements
one of them is on a court order to repay rent arrears and was on a six month assured shorthold agreement which expired in November. pls advice do i renew the agreement?
the other one has rent arrears but is paying towards clearing this. he was on an assured shorthold for 52 weeks and this expired this month. do i renew this as well or what happens as i have increased the rent through a notice letter which the council has acknowledged receipt.
