The significance of "Deed" in Deed of Guarantee

I am about to issue a small claims on a guarantor for tenants who have left without notice or given a forwarding address.

The guarantor document I have used is titled "Guarantee of Tenancy Agreement". I note the RLA document is worded Deed of Guarantee. The fact that the word "Deed" has not been used in my document, does this make the document worthless?
