12 Month AST Due to run out - What to do next
Just wanted some advice on how I should proceed with my tenant. Her 12 month AST is due ot run out - I wanted to find out what the benefits/risks are of allowing it to run into a periodic AST?
This will inform my decision on whether it would be better for me to re-do another 12 month AST or allow it to run onto a periodic tenancy - I do not have a letting agent involved.
The tenant would like to continue to stay at the property
