Under 18's ?
Hi, Do you have any advice regarding listing children on Tenancy Agreements. If they are over 18 should they be listed as one of the Tenants (With the liabilities this brings.) Should under 18's be listed and if so how - In an addendum? Or should children be ignored altogether? We use the RLA Tenancy Agreement. Thanks in anticipation of your advice.
Only add children over 18 as tenants IF they are contributing to the rent.
It is an Urban Myth that they acquire rights when they reach 18.
