We've recently purchased a house in Gorton on a buy-to-let basis and just found out we need a Landlords Licence. We've applied for the 'pack' and been told the price but as the property is brand new and under guarantee we're managing it ourselves. Some of the questions are really complicated i.e. what would we do if there a disturance near the house, our obvious answer is tell the tenant to 'call the police'. Do you have any information on landlords licences to help us answer the questions. We feel mostly it's common sense and even a letting agent wouldn't be any more help than us even if they were nearer. Thanks in advance, R & T
