Landlord in hong kong needs to sign n5b form.
Does she need to instruct a solicitor and what is the cost of £175.00 for. Does the court write to the tenants or does it just go straight to a hearing??
Please can someone clarify the procedure.
Also it says we need to enclose a copy of the deposit submission. Deposit was submitted 24days after tenancy start date but staff member has input incorrect tenancy start date on deposit form, will this affect proceedings as the dates dont tally?
Im really struggling as landlord demanding things done quickly and demanding to know procedure but im not sure what to tell them as not sure on procedure itself.
Section 21 notice given at beginning of tenancy so still relevant im just bothered that the tenancy deposit form states the incorrect tenancy start date.
